“Design-thinking” and concept creation as drivers for innovation
This masterclass will present how one of the worlds leading innovation agencies approaches innovation in the public sector. This approach can also be used as backbone for developing methods and competencies among change agents and within organisations – to conceptualise and implement change in services and processes.
We have invited Tom Hynek from IDEO / Munich and member of Faculty at 180 Academy.
The masterclass will be conducted in English. It is open for change agents og the state sector. Project mamagers og innovation projects supported financially by the change- and development fund as well af the fund for development of the state agencies will recieve a personal invitation.
The masterclass is a collaboration between SCKK and 180 Academy.
