When continuous improvement is not enough – sharing insights on how to tackle wicked problems.
Wicked problems are problems that competent change agents have tried to address for years without success. Problems that require radical innovation or thinking “outside the box”.
Know how of change agents
A recent survey conducted by Monday Morning pointed to the fact that many public sector leaders find thinking outside the box a major public sector challenge.
One of the reasons for this may be that methods, approaches and tools required to innovate are not sufficiently integrated into the knowledge and know how of change agents.
Innovation
The purpose of this masterclass is to present two different approaches to innovation and share knowledge and experiences among change agents of the state sector. The results of this masterclass will serve as input to Monday Morning Innovation Event on the 27th of January, which is co-sponsored by SCKK.
Who can participate
The masterclass will be conducted in English. It is open to change agents of the state sector. Project managers of innovation projects supported financially by the former Change and Development Fund (Udviklings- og Omstillingsfonden) will receive a personal invitation.
